EXTREME GRATITUDE FOR KIND & CONSISTENT CARING SERVICE Brother Mike, Thank you for your kindness. When my sugar goes low, I can't think well. And though I called you for paper products, because I told my glucose monitor woke me, you asked me again and again if I needed anything else. And that is when I said some chips would help bring my sugar back up. You were so kind to bring me a bag of chips and orange juice. You arrived in 5 minutes, just like you said. And it was such a treat to get to hold Lucy. That pet interaction was very comforting. Brother Mike, for more than 3 years Candlewood Suites Warner Robins AFB has been my home. And what makes it home is not the physical structure and my address. No. What makes Candlewood Suites my home are the people: the kind General Manager (my "Unlikely Angel"), the Front Desk Manager, the Support Staff (Brother Mike, Sister Caterina, Sister Shay, Sister Ebony, Brother Ben, and others) whom I have come to regard as family, staff that goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and cared for, staff - No! FAMILY like you, Brother Mike, makes Candlewood Suites Warner Robins AFB extra special for persons who have special needs like myself. Again, thank you for your kindness. The rooms were clean at first and the cleaning once a week was worthwhile. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Mike and Cassidy made me feel welcome everyday and were helpful at a moment's notice. After a 90 day stay it was like leaving friends I made behind.

5 of us arrived extremely early in the morning and Mike was the representative behind the front desk. Let me say this very loud......Mike is exceptional! Very pleasant and easy to talk to. That same day, as I was venturing outside, someone else behind the counter, asked me my name( he thought I was someone else expecting mail) and Mike explained, I was a hotel guest and even knew my room number. The room was efficient for a short stay and the beds were just fine. There was a stale smoke and mold odor especially when the AC was turned on. Maybe it just needs cleaned. The room itself was clean but I did see some "age" The hallway was quiet and not cluttered or dirty. The location is great! Easy off and on the freeway and for a fast food breakfast, McDonald's is next door although, the coffee at this hotel was good.This was my first experience with Candlewood and I don't think I'd hesitate to stay at another Thank you, Mike for your hospitality and kindness. In today's world, we need more of you

Our 3rd floor Room was clean & spacious. Had a full size fridge/freezer. Bed & pillows were super comfy. Was very quiet. Front desk clerks in evening and morning were great!! Pet fee was $25 We would stay here again!!

Nice clean rooms for an affordable price. Room included a full size fridge, dishwasher and 2 stovetop burners. Would be a great place to stay if you were planning on an extended trip

Rooms are nice and convenient with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, mini coffee pot, Stove Top, and dishes to eat and prepare meals. The room's cleanliness was lacking. The floor in the kitchen area was filthy and a coffee satchel was still in coffee pot, but did have clean sheets and clean bathroom. The front desk was absolutely fantastic in dealing with an emergency with my mother in the middle of the night. They were very accommodating and couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I would definitely stay here again

My husband and I were in town for a Masonic banquet and decided to stay here. It was around the corner from the venue so location was great. Shopping was a block away. We were also satisfied with the room accommodations. Very clean, had everything we needed. Also the customer service at checkout from MS. CAT was very friendly and fast! She was great! Our only complaint would be to have a king size bed. Other than that it was a great trip!

Didn't even know this hotel existed in Warner Robins. The place is pet friendly, which I was nervous about because me and my Husband really needed some rest and didn't want to hear barking dogs. In actuality, the place was really clean and smelled good. We did not hear any dogs baking or any highway (as we have with other hotels) because of its location, ducked off. I also really liked being able to stay on my exercise regime while I enjoyed their gym the next morning. They were out of water in there, which was disappointing. But next time, Ill just take esoteric, as I should have anyway. Also, the suite had a full kitchen layout with spacious room for sitting and lounging.This one of the best stays we have enjoyed in a long time.
